- This article deals with the effects of the addition of SSRI paroxetine to a TCA-monotherapy consisting either of amitriptyline or imipramine on the development of the TCA-plasmalevels, the effects and side effects. It continues with discussing correlations between the TCA-plasmalevels, side effects and effects of this augmentation therapy.
