Beschreibung:
This package of dataset contains two data models and a
template for data audit reports
as well as communication and
support strategy created for
large Collaborative Research
Centres (CRC) e.g. TRR277
AMC (a CRC funded by German Research Council). The
research workloads in such
centres are usually distributed
in projects and work packages.
The data generated in these research projects may range from
surveys, lab experiments, simulations, data models to software
code and hardware design as
well as real world objects etc.
Apart from maintaining data
management plan (DMP),
maintenance of metadata, compliance with particular research
data policy and the use of specific information infrastructure
e.g. in this case TUM Workbench, DSS/ Globus, mediaTUM are considered mandatory. Reports about data are
generated for various reasons
and in different forms in these
centres.
The report template is in tabular form which is also suitable
for spreadsheet formats, Web/digital form. Data models, one
for project leaf and one for project node, are in JSON format.
These are suitable for generating reports programmatically.
The data types of values in
data models have been represented using dummy corresponding values e.g. 1 for
Number, true for Boolean etc.
for easy understanding of the
recipients.
Some of the contents of this
package are based on AMC
specific policy, infrastructure
and the distribution of projects.
Those contents may be modified by target groups as per
their own policy, infrastructure
and the distribution of workloads etc. The charts and diagrams representing statistics
based on these reports may
also be adopted as per preferences.
