- Abstract:
- Die Aortenklappenstenose und eine koronare Herzkrankheit sind oft Komorbiditäten in der alternden Bevölkerung. Gegenstand dieser Arbeit war es, das interventionelle und konventionellchirurgische Vorgehen zu vergleichen. Im direkten Vergleich könnten keine signifikanten Unterschiede hinsichtlich 30-Tages-, 180-Tages-, 1- Jahres- und 2-Jahres-Mortalität gezeigt werden. Bei der 3-Jahres-Mortalität fand sich dagegen ein signifikanter Unterschied zugunsten der chirurgisch behandelten Patienten.

- Aortic valve stenosis and coronary artery disease present oft as a comorbidities in an aging population.The subject of this work was to compare the interventional and conventional-chirurgical procedure. It was shown that there are no significant differences between the 30-day, 180-day, 1-year and 2-year mortality. On the other hand, a significant difference was observed for the 3-year mortality in favor of patients which had combined cardiac procedures.
