- Abstract:
- Zu den Komplikationen der Brustimplantatchirurgie zählen Kapselfibrose und periprothetische Infektion. Die Aufarbeitung von Indikationen und Zeitintervallen der Revisionseingriffe nach Implantateinlage kann helfen, die Prävention und Therapie dieser Komplikationen zu verbessern. In der vorliegenden Dissertation wurden Veränderung der Zeitintervalle zwischen nachfolgenden Implantatwechseln aufgrund einer Kapselfibrose sowie das Erregerspektrum von periprothetischen Infektionen untersucht.

- Complications of breast implant surgery include capsular contracture and periprosthetic infection. A review of indications and time intervals of revision surgery after implant placement can help to improve prevention and therapy of such complications. In this thesis, changes in the time intervals between subsequent implant changes due to capsular contracture and the pathogen spectrum of periprosthetic infections were investigated.
