Abstract:
Background: Intensive lifestyle interventions (ILIs) stimulate weight loss in underserved patients with obesity, but the mediators of weight change are unknown. Objectives: Identify the mediators of weight change during an ILI versus usual care (UC) in underserved patients with obesity.
