- Abstract:
- Es wurden Läsionen im PET-CT bei Patienten mit metastasierten malignem Melanom prä- und posttherapeutisch erfasst und einer Homogenitätsanalyse mit Hilfe einer Grey-Level Co-Occurrence Matrix zugeführt. Das Ziel war, herauszufinden, ob eine bestimmte Homogenitätsstruktur eine Voraussage über das Ansprechverhalten auf eine Therapie mit Ipilimumab oder Vemurafenib zulässt. Insgesamt sprechen homogenere Metastasen besser auf die durchgeführte Therapie an.
- Translated abstract:
- Lesions of Patients suffering from metastatic malignant melanoma have been recorded before and after treatment with Vemurafenib or Ipilimumab by PET-CT scan. A homogeneity analysis with a Grey-Level Co-Occurrence matrix has been performed with these lesions. Goal was to determine whether a specific homogeneity structure of the lesions would enable a prediction of therapy success. It can be concluded that homogeneous metastases show a better prognosis.
