- Abstract:
- In dieser Arbeit werden die Ergebnisse der primär radiotherapeutischen Behandlung von Patienten mit einem Analkarzinom von 2004-2018 der Klinik für RadioOnkologie und Strahlentherapie bezüglich relevanter klinischer Endpunkte, wie dem Gesamt-, dem krankheitsfreien- und dem Kolostomie-freien Überleben analysiert und mit veröffentlichter Literatur verglichen. Ergänzend erfolgt eine Analyse der Lebensqualität mehrere Jahre nach Therapieabschluss auf Grundlage von validierten Fragebögen der EORTC.

- In this work, the results of a primary radiotherapeutic treatment of patients with anal cancer from 2004-2018 at the Clinic for RadioOncology and Radiotherapy are analyzed with respect to relevant clinical endpoints such as overall, disease-free and colostomy-free survival and compared with already published literature. In addition, an analysis of the quality of life is carried out several years after the end of therapy on the basis of validated questionnaires from the EORTC.
