The dataset consists of an extract of parametric heat flux simulations for the insulation concept of an additively manufactured (AM) facade element "Breuer X AM" using Selective Cement Activation (SCA) within the framework of TRR277. The thermal simulations calculate the heat flux through a horizontal section of the element for varying parameters for the internal cell structure and compare a) a solid element, b) air-filled cells, and c) perlite-filled cells. For the heat flux simulations, the software LBNL THERM 7.6 was used. As a comparison, one set of simulations for one geometric parameter set was chosen. For each variant, there´s a simulation file and, additionally, there are exported PDFs showing the heat flux as colored mesh, the resulting U-values are exported to text files, and there´s a summarizing visualization.
