- Patientinnen mit Mammakarzinom nutzen neben ihrer (neo-) adjuvanten Chemotherapie häufig komplementärmedizinische Verfahren. Dazu gehört Reiki (jap. für universelle Lebensenergie), das die Heilung fördert und die Selbstheilung aktiviert. Im Rahmen einer Zwischenanalyse der REASSURE-Studie konnten Daten von 101 Probandinnen ausgewertet werden. - Patients with breast cancer often use complementary and alternative medicine (= CAM) next to their (neo-) adjuvant chemotherapy. One of these CAM therapies is Reiki (jap. for universal life energy), which supports the healing process and activates self-healing potential.
