Abstract:

Within this thesis ecological characteristic values for building constructions of German residential buildings are developed. This results in a database for the ecological life cycle assessment (LCA) of existing, new and refurbished large residential building stocks in early planning phases. Calculation logics are developed that enable a comparative LCA of different structural development scenarios based on building information from 3D-city models. The case study results lead to recommendations for action that promote a climate-neutral residential building stock.
