Description:
This dataset contains the results of an experimental assessment of thermal conductivity. Additive Tectonics GmbH developed the tested material for large-scale applications of the Additive Manufacturing (AM) process of Selective Cement Activation (SCA). This material was used collaboratively for a façade demonstrator project "Breuer x AM" within the framework of the DFG-funded TRR277. The material mixture consists of a dry particle bed with portland cement and lightweight aggregates (lightweight expanded glass), which is selectively activated with liquid. The experimental thermal conductivity of the tested material accounts for overall 0.646 W/mK.

Method of data assessment:
The thermal conductivity was determined on nine post-processed (cut, ground, dried) prisms with 40x40x160mm after 28 days. A Hot Disk TPS1500 with a 6.4 mm sensor (Kapton 5501) was used for the measurements according to the hot disc method described in ISO 22007-2:2015-12. There are 3 test prisms each for three different printing directions (X1-X3, Y1-Y3, Z1-Z3), and three measurements were conducted each for all nine test prisms.
