- Abstract:
- In meiner Dissertation liegt das Hauptaugenmerk auf dem Surrogatparameter dPmax der linksventrikulären Kontraktilität. Dieser wird mittels Pulskonturanalyse des PiCCO-Verfahrens im Rahmen des hämodynamischen Monitorings ermittelt. Die Analysen ergaben die stärkste signifikante Assoziation des dPmax mit dem Pulsdruck. Die erstmalige kontextsensitive Indizierung des dPmax erschien in dieser Studie weniger sinnvoll und bedarf weiterer Studien.
- Translated abstract:
- In my dissertation the main focus is on the surrogate parameter dPmax of left ventricular contractility. This parameter is determined by pulse contour analysis of the PiCCO procedure in the context of hemodynamic monitoring. The analyses revealed the strongest significant association of dPmax with pulse pressure. The first context-sensitive indexation of dPmax appeared less useful in this study and requires further study.
