Freewalk Consumer study

The data publication contains information on a quantitative survey measuring consumer acceptance of different cow housing systems and willingness to pay for milk from dairy herds in these housing systems (tie-stall, cubicle, compost-bedded, artificial floor). The survey was conducted online among consumers in Austria, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden in spring 2019. The sample includes 3693 respondents.
