- Die frühzeitige prognostische Einschätzung der akuten Pankreatitis basiert auf Einzelparametern sowie Scores, wie Ranson, APACHE-II und BISAP. Die Datenlage dbzgl. ist umstritten. Daher führten wir eine prospektive Studie an 400 Patienten mit AP durch. Eine multiple Regression erbrachte v.a. einen neuen Score (EAPRO), der nur auf 3 Einzelparametern basiert und eine vergleichbare Prädiktion bezüglich Mortalität und Intensivpflichtigkeit aufweist wie o.g. - Early prognosis of acute pancreatitis is based on single predictors as well as on scores including Ranson, APACHE-II and BISAP. Since data hereof are controversial, we performed an prospective analysis in 400 patients with AP. Through multiple regression analysis we found i.a. one new score (EAPRO) based on only 3 parameters which holds comparable predictive validity regarding mortality and requirement of ICU stay as previously mentioned scores but with an time - and financial economic advantage... »
