Die vorliegende Dissertation befasst sich mit der chemischen Modifikation von membranaktiven Naturstoffen. Hierzu wurden die von Blaualgen produzierten Teleocidine und Minutissamide sowie die indigoiden Farbstoffe Indirubin und Qingdainon untersucht. Durch Synthese verschiedener Derivate konnte der Einfluss bestimmter Strukturmerkmale analysiert und eine Verbesserung der pharmakologischen Wirksamkeit erreicht werden. Die neu erhaltenen Substanzen bieten Anwendungspotential bei der Behandlung von Tumorerkrankungen oder mikrobiellen Infektionen.     «

This dissertation deals with the chemical modification of membrane-active natural products. For this purpose, Teleocidins and Minutissamides produced by blue-green algae as well as the indigoid dyes Indirubin and Qingdainone were investigated. By synthesizing different derivatives, the influence of certain structural features was analyzed and an improvement of the pharmacological efficacy was achieved. The newly obtained substances offer application potential in the treatment of tumor diseases or microbial infections.     «
