Methode der Datenerhebung:
The gravity field SH coefficients are computed from simulated observations based on given input gravity signals (representing the “true world”) and noise assumption regarding the key payload (intersatellite ranging, accelerometry) and errors in the background models. A standard least-squares Gauss-Markov model is set-up to the estimate the gravity field parameters. The parameter model co-parameterizes SH coefficients for linear trend and annual amplitudes of the respective simulation intervals.
Beschreibung:
The simulation results are supplementary material to Schlaak et al. (in prep.) . The simulations are based on a modeled time series of global changes in soil moisture and snow coverage. The corresponding mass transport signal is obtained from future climate projections until the year 2100 following the shared socio-economic pathway scenario 5-8.5. For different mission concepts, including in-line single-pair missions and a Bender double-pair mission, the recoverability of a time variable mass s...     »
