The dataset consists of heat flux simulations for an additively manufactured (AM) facade demonstrator, "Marriage of two Materials,” within the framework of TRR277. The collaborative demonstrator project is based on Concrete Extrusion 3D Printing with the concept of Near Nozzle Mixing, enabling to grade material properties, here using natural sand mortar (NSM) and lightweight mortar (LWM). The thermal simulations, calculating the heat flux through a horizontal layer of the element and evaluating the U-value, were conducted with the simulation software LBNL THERM 7.6. There´s one folder with simulation files comparing a) a solid NSM element, b) a combination of solid NSM and solid LWM, and c) a solid NSM with a cell structure with LWM and air. The resulting U-values are listed in text files, and additionally, there´s a summarizing figure comparing the three variants.
