After treating ruptured aneurysms, the quality of results was reviewed through a retrospective analysis of our clinical treatment results. The treatment, which was conducted according to current treatment algorithm, demonstrates only minor differences in the two treatment groups (coiling vs. clipping). The differences occurred are not significant. For prognosis purposes regarding the patients`outcome, the initial Hunt and Hess remains viable. Apart from rebleeding, no further influenceable independent predictive factors for an unfavorable clinical result were identified.
