Diese Studie diente dem Vergleich der nach Operation platzierten Ansatzpunkte der beiden funktionalen Bündel des VKBs und der nativen Ansatzpunkte und konnte zeigen, dass die neu platzierten Ansatzpunkte sich signifikant von den nativen Insertionen unterscheiden. Zudem konnte mit Hilfe von grafischen Darstellungen beobachtet werden, dass aufgrund der OP-Technik ein ungünstig platzierter tibialer Bohrkanal meist zu einem ungünstigen femoralen Bohrkanal führt, da die Bohrung des femoralen Kanals in Abhängigkeit vom tibialen Kanal erfolgt.     «

The goal of this study was to compare the insertion point of the two functional bundles of the anterior crucial ligament placed after a reconstruction surgery and the native insertion point. The study showed that the placement of the new insertion points is significantly different from the native insertion points. Furthermore graphics could show that due to the surgical technique a bad placed tibial tunnel mostly leads to a bad placed femoral tunnel, as the drilling of the femoral tunnel depends from the tibial tunnel.     «
