In dieser Studie wurde anhand eines Frakturmodells der Ratte der Einfluss von Cephalosporin, Diclofenac und Prednisolon auf die Frakturheilung untersucht. Diclofenac führte zu einer signifikant eingeschränkten Frakturheilung, wobei Prednisolon trotz deutlicher Alteration signifikante Differenzen knapp verfehlte. Cefuroxim zeigte gegenüber der Kontrolle keine signifikanten Unterschiede, wobei sich histometrisch am häufigsten eine Frakturspaltüberbrückung zeigte. Daher sollte bei Risikofaktoren (z.B. Diabetes mellitus) zur Analgesie statt Diclofenac z.B. auf Opioide/Metamizol ausgewichen werden.     «

In this study, the influence of Cephalosporin, Diclofenac and prednisolon on fracture-healing was researched via a fracture model of the rat. Diclofenac treatment resulted in severely limited fracture healing, whereas Prednisolon narrowly missed statistical significance, despite clear differences being seen. Cefuroxim showed no significant differences compared to the controle group, whereas histometrically, a bridged-fracture gap was most often found. Therefore, when faced with risk factors (e.g. diabetes mellitus), opioids/metamizol should be used for analgetics instead of Diclofenac.     «
