Contact Architecture Controls Conductance in Monolayer Devices
Abstract:
The architecture of electrically contacting the self-assembled monolayer (SAM) of an organophosphonate has a profound effect on a device where the SAM serves as an intermolecular conductive channel in the plane of the substrate.
