- Einfluss von Cytoplasma und Heterozygotie auf die Merkmalsvariabilität von reziproken Kreuzungspopulationen der Kulturkartoffel wurde mit Hilfe molekularer Marker untersucht. Es konnte gezeigt werden, dass eines der untersuchten Plasmen mit einem Cytoplasmatisch-Männlichen-Sterilitäts System (CMS) in Verbindung steht. - Translated abstract:
- Influence of cytoplasm and heterozygosity on the variability of reciprocal populations of the cultivated potato were evaluated with molecular markers. One of the investigated cytoplasms shows an association to a cytoplasmic male sterility (cms). Further the suitability of molecular markers(AFLP, SSR)for analysing the genetic diversity of autotetraploids was examined. Their utility for practical breeding purposes was discussed.
