- Abstract:
- A strategy is proposed that allows the construction of block-to-block distribution matchers for a given target distribution and target rate. Asymptotically in the block size, the normalized informational divergence of the generated distribution and the target distribution approaches zero while the matcher input can be recovered from the matcher output with a probability that approaches one.
