Hochdosis Heparin (140 UI/Kg) ist assoziiert mit erhöhtem Blutungsrisiko im Vergleich zu Bivalirudin bei Patienten die sich einer Koronarintervention unterziehen. In der ISAR-REACT 3A Studie haben wir bei 2.505 Patienten die reduzierte Heparindosis (100UI/Kg) mit historischen Kontrollen von Bivalirudin und Hochdosis Heparin von ISAR-REACT 3 Studie verglichen. Die Blutungskomplikationen wurden durch Dosisreduktion signifikant gesenkt. Damit ist das niedrigdosis Heparin nicht nur dem Hochdosis Heparin überlegen sondern auch mit Bivalirudin vergleichbar.      «

High-dose heparin (140 IU / kg) is associated with increased bleeding risk compared to bivalirudin in patients undergoing coronary intervention. In the ISAR-REACT 3A study, we compared 2505 patients with a reduced dose of heparin (100UI/Kg) with historical controls of bivalirudin and heparin High dose of ISAR-REACT 3 trial.
