Abstract:
In this paper, we show that 3D-integrated perpendicular Nanomagnetic Logic (pNML) is highly suitable for the demands of systolic array-based computing. A runtime-programmable arithmetic logic unit (ALU) built from pNML devices and applicable for pipelined and massively parallel information processing in systolic architectures is presented.
