- Im Rahmen der Arbeit ist es gelungen, die Thiopeptide Amythiamicin C und D auf zwei synthetisch unterschiedlichen Wegen herzustellen. Amythiamicin C wurde in der längsten linearen Sequenz, ausgehend von iso-Butyraldehyd in 15 Schritten mit einer Gesamtausbeute von 2.2% und Amythiamicin D in 13 Schritten mit einer Gesamtausbeute von 3.6% erhalten. - Translated abstract:
- The two thiopeptides Amythiamicine C and D were synthesized in two different ways. Starting from iso-Butyraldehyde Amythiamicin C was made in a longest linear sequence of 15 steps with an overall yield of 2.2% and Amythiamicin D in 13 steps with an overall yield of 3.6%. Key strategy was the assembly of the 2,3,6-trisubstituted pyridine core by consecutive cross-coupling reactions. Two distinct orders of connection lead to the natural products.
