- Abstract:
- In dieser Studie wurden die Wertigkeiten von Procalcitonin, C-reaktivem Protein und der Leukozytenzahlen zur Detektion von Perfusionsstörungen an 100 Patienten nach Transplantation von freien Lappentransplantaten untersucht. Die postoperativ ermittelten Werte wurden zwischen den Patienten mit aufgetretener Perfusionsstörungen der Transplantate und ohne aufgetretene Komplikation verglichen. Ein signifikanter Unterschied beider Gruppen konnte nicht nachgewiesen werden.

- In this present study the values of Procalcitonin, C-reactive protein and the white blood cell count were determined in 100 patients after free-flap transplantation to survey the utility for detection of venous or arterial disorders. The determined values were compared between a group where vessel-disorders occurred and a group without complication. The comparison of both groups showed no statistically significant distinction.
