- Abstract:
- This dissertation introduces a framework, process and methods for concurrent product and supply chain design, focusing on modularity and sourcing flexibility. Moreover, this dissertation introduces supply chain integration risk as well as three approaches for supply chain design that consider it. Case studies from the automotive and aerospace industries are used for the demonstration of the application.

- Diese Dissertation führt einen Rahmen, Prozess und Methodiken zur simultanen Produkt- und Lieferkettendesign ein, die auf Modularität und Lieferungsflexibilität fokussiert sind. Außerdem führt diese Dissertation Lieferkettenintegrationsrisiko und drei Ansätze für Lieferkettendesign, die Lieferkettenintegrationsrisiken berücksichtigen. Fallstudien aus den Auto- und Luftfahrtindustrien wurden für die Anwendung eingesetzt.
