- Im Rahmen der Dissertation werden die Einflussgrößen auf den Wert und den Ertrag von Wohnimmobilien identifiziert und quantifiziert. Es erfolgte eine deutschlandweite empirische Untersuchung auf Basis von Immobilieninseraten. Darauf aufbauend wurde ein Modell zur Ermittlung des Wertes und des Ertrags als Funktion der Objekt- und Standorteigenschaften entwickelt. Das Modell ermöglicht, den Einfluss ökonomischer und soziodemographischer Faktoren auf den jeweiligen Immobilienteilmarkt zu bestimmen.

- This dissertation aims at identifying and quantifying factors affecting the value and the rental income of residential property. For this purpose, a Germany-wide empirical investigation based on real estate advertisements was conducted. Based on the collected data, a model was developed allowing to predict the value and the rental income as a function of object and location characteristics.
