- Eingriffe zur Implantation von Herzschrittmachern, ICD- und CRT-Geräten sind in Deutschland Routineeingriffe. Ziel der Arbeit ist zu evaluieren, welche potenziellen Risikofaktoren einschließlich des EuroScores die optimale Abschätzung zur Notwendigkeit einer akuten Intervention bei den Eingriffen erlauben. Es zeigte sich, dass eine reduzierte LVEF, ein niedriger BMI sowie die Operationsart Prädiktoren für die Notwendigkeit einer akuten Intervention bei den Eingriffen sind.

- Procedures for the implantation of pacemakers as well as ICD and CRT devices are routine procedures in Germany. The aim of the work is to evaluate which potential risk factors, including the EuroScore, allow the optimal estimation of the need for acute Intervention presence in these procedures. The study shows that reduced LVEF, a low BMI and the type of surgery are predictors for the need for anesthesiologic presence in the procedures
