- Abstract:
- Das Ersatzteilmanagement ist aufgrund erhöhter Ersatzteilbestände und Kosten zumeist ineffizient ausgestaltet und innovative Konzepte sind bislang unzureichend umgesetzt. Um dieser Problematik zu begegnen, wird in der Arbeit eine Methodik für die Implementierung eines kooperativen Ersatzteilmanagements entwickelt und es werden erforderliche funktionale Module definiert. Die Methodik wird in einer Fallstudie erprobt und ermöglicht eine deutliche Bestands- und Kostenoptimierung.

- Due to increased spare parts inventories and costs, spare parts management is mostly inefficiently organized and innovative concepts have been insufficiently implemented so far. To address this issue, the thesis develops a methodology for the implementation of a cooperative spare parts management and defines required functional modules. The methodology is evaluated in a case study and enables significant inventory and cost optimization.
