Untersucht wurde die Bedeutung der Entzündungsmarker Interleukin-6 im Blut und im Liquor cerebralis, C-reaktivem Protein im Blut und Laktat im Liquor cerebralis zur Vorhersage des Auftretens von zerebralen Vasospasmen, pathologischen Flussbeschleunigungen in transkraniellen Dopplersonographien, zerebralen Infarkten und dem Outcome bei Patienten nach aneurysmatischen Subarachnoidalblutungen in den ersten 14 Tagen nach Blutungsereignis.

The significance of the inflammatory markers interleukin-6 in blood and cerebral liquor, C-reactive protein in blood and lactate in cerebral liquor for predicting the occurrence of cerebral vasospasm, pathological flow acceleration in transcranial doppler sonography, cerebral infarction and the outcome in patients with aneurysmatic subarachnoid hemorrhages within the first 14 days after the bleeding was investigated.
