Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is one of the most lethal malignancies exhibiting the strongest association with blood coagulation. The recruitment of non-classical monocytes (nMs) was highly associated with procoagulant activities. The recruitment of nMs was associated with reduced tumor cell extravasation at the site of metastasis in experiments using cell line 8182, whereas they were linked to increased extravasation of cell line 53631, which released large amounts of extracellular vesicles (EVs). Das duktale Adenokarzinom des Pankreas ist eine der tödlichsten Malignome, das die stärkste Assoziation mit der Blutgerinnung aufweist. Die Rekrutierung von nicht-klassischen Monozyten (nMs) verbanden mit der prokoagulatorischen Aktivität. Die Rekrutierung von nMs war mit der Zelllinie 8182 mit einer verringerten Extravasation von Tumorzellen verbunden. Bei der Zelllinie 53631 waren nMs mit einer verstärkten Extravasation assoziiert. Die 53631 setzte große Mengen an extrazellulären Vesikeln (EVs) frei. NMs könnten eine doppelte Rolle bei der Extravasation spielen.     «
