- Das Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome stellt bei Polytraumapatienten eine schwere Komplikation mit einer hohen Mortalität dar. Die Polytraumapatienten zeigten bei den Adipokinen Leptin, Resistin, IL-6, IL-17A und IL-33 statistisch signifikant erhöhte Plasmakonzentrationen im Vergleich zur Kontrollgruppe. The multiple trauma patients showed statistically significant higher plasma concentrations of the adipokines leptin, resistin, IL-6, IL-17A and IL-33 compared to the control group.
