Abstract:
Ziel: Ziel dieser Arbeit war es, die optische Bildgebung mit Indocyaningrün als Kontrastmittel mit der kontrastmittelgestützten Magnetresonanztomographie (MRT) in Bezug auf die Erkennung von Synovitis in den Händen von Patienten mit rheumatologischen Erkrankungen zu vergleichen. Schlussfolgerung: Die ICG-gestützte optische Bildgebung zeigte Einschränkungen in der Erkennung von entzündeten Gelenken der Hand im Vergleich zur MRT.

Ojective: The purpose of this study was to compare an Indocyanine Green (ICG)-enhanced Optical Imaging (OI) system to contrast enhanced MRI for the detection of active inflammation in patients with rheumatologic disorders. Conclusion: The evaluated ICG-enhanced Optical Imaging system showed limitations in the detection of inflamed joints compared to MRI as a standard of reference.
