- The problem of the designing aides used today may be divided into three groups: body proportions, prognosis of body measurements and posture prognosis. To solve these problems, a 3 dimensional man-model (RAMSIS), to be used in CAD-systems, has been developed. For the ergonomic configuration of the man-model, anthropometric data have been compiled, using completely new optical measuring procedures, photographing the test persons
