- Abstract:
- First, magnetofection was optimized for simultaneous transfection of up to three mRNAs for future use in cell differentiation. Secondly, transcript-activated matrices were developed and used for sustained hBMP2 encoding cmRNA delivery for inducing osteogenic differentiation and bone healing.

- Erstens wurde Magnetofection für die gleichzeitige Transfektion von bis zu drei cmRNAs optimiert, was für die zukünftige Verwendung in der Dedifferenzierung von Zellen erforderlich ist. Zweitens wurden Transkript-aktivierte Matrices entwickelt und für die osteogene Differenzierung von Zellen und für die Knochenheilung eingesetzt.
