Abstract:
In einer fMRT-Studie haben wir die funktionelle Konnektivität zwischen Cerebellum und Frontallappen von Schizophrenen - sowohl im Status der Psychose als auch im Status der Remission - mit der einer gesunden Kontrollgruppe verglichen. Die Regionen in Crus 1 zeigten hierbei bei beiden Gruppen von Schizophrenen eine höhere Konnektivität zum mediopräfrontalen Cortex, was wir auf Grund aktueller Literatur für eine versagende Gegenregulationsmaßnahme halten.

In this fMRI study we examined the functional connectivity of the cerebellum and the frontal cortex in patients diagnosed with schizophrenia in two states – psychosis and remission – and compared it with the connectivity in healthy adults. These regions in crus 1 proofed to have a higher connectivity to the medioprefrontal cortex in patients than in the healthy control group.
