Abstract:
Durch die fertigungssynchrone Optimierung von Ablaufplänen kann die Produktivität von Bauvorhaben deutlich gesteigert werden. Die baubegleitende Simulation ermöglicht eine kurzfristige, proaktive Reaktion auf Störungen, indem die Auswirkungen der Fortschrittsinformationen auf die Restlaufzeit der Baumaßnahme ermittelt werden. Mit fortschreitenden Bautätigkeiten erfolgt eine weitere Detaillierung und Anpassung der Ablaufsequenz vor dem Hintergrund einer zielorientierten Planung und Steuerung.

The productivity of construction projects can be significantly increased by the synchronous optimization of construction schedules. Simulations based on actual state data allow a rapid, proactive response on deviations and disturbances by identifying the consequences of progress information on the remaining construction activities. With proceeding construction works the sequence of activities is adapted and specified to meet all requirements of an effective scheduling and controlling.
