Modulated and Localized Structures in Cubic Helimagnets
Abstract:
Chiral modulated magnetic states in noncentrosymmetric crystals may theoretically arise as one-dimensional cycloids or conical helices or multidimensional textures, so called Skyrmions or vortex lattices. The micromagnetic equations for different modulated phases are derived and the main features in applied magnetic fields are discussed.
