Abstract:
We studied the magnetic state of pyrochlore Gd2Mo2O7 by pressure-dependent magnetization M(H) and magnetic relaxation measurements up to 16kbar. The ferromagnetic saturation behavior seen in the M(H) curve was substantially weakened by applying pressure and, at the same time, hysteresis behavior in the magnetization becomes pronounced with pressure.
