A Nanostructured Long-Wave Infrared Range Thermocouple Detector 
Abstract:
Infrared (IR) detectors for the long-wave infrared range (LWIR) based on nanostructured thermocouples exhibit response times in the order of picoseconds and will open new areas of applications in THz broadband communication systems.
