- Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Ausgestaltung von Geschäftsmodellen im Management von Industriestandorten. Ziel ist die Erarbeitung eines branchenspezifischen Geschäftsmodellansatzes, der auch die Umfeldbedingungen berücksichtigt. Als empirische Grundlage dienen neun Chemieparks, die hinsichtlich ihrer Rahmenbedingungen und ihrer Geschäftsmodelle analysiert werden. Es zeigt sich, dass sich verschiedene Geschäftsmodelle etabliert haben, die an die Rahmenbedingungen angepasst sind.
- Translated abstract:
- This text addresses the configuration of business models in the context of the management of industrial sites. Goal is the elaboration of a sector-specific understanding of what business models consist of and what factors influence their configuration. Nine chemical Parks serve as empirical basis. These parks are analyzed regarding their specific business models and the given circumstances. The analysis shows various approaches of business model configuration given different circumstances.
