Abstract:
Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Arbeit wurden Wege zur Totalsynthese cembranoider Naturstoffe untersucht. Als Schlüsselschritt der Synthese war eine [2+2]-Photocycloaddition von Tetronaten zum Aufbau des terpenoiden Grundgerüsts geplant. Im Zuge der Arbeit wurden enantioselektive Synthesestrategien für den Aufbau der stereogenen Zentren entwickelt und anschließend die [2+2]-Photocycloaddition der Tetronate mit Hinblick auf Regio-, Chemo- und Diastereoselektivität betrachtet.
Translated abstract:
The following thesis describes new synthetic approaches towards cembranoid natural products. As the key step a [2+2] photocycloaddition of tetronates was planned to establish the terpenoid skeleton. The studies conducted focused on synthetic strategies to build up the stereogenic centers of the required tetronates and on investigations of the regio-, chemo- and diastereoselectivity of the [2+2] photocycloaddition.
