In dieser retrospektiven Studie wurde an einem Kollektiv nodal-negativer colorectaler Carcinome die prognostischen Bedeutung von Thymidylat Synthase, Thymidin Phosphorylase und Dihydropyrimidin Dehydrogenase untersucht. Das Kollektiv umfasste 97 Patienten der UICC-Stadien I und II, die ausschließlich operiert worden waren. This retrospective study analysed the prognostic impact of thymidylate synthase, thymidine phosphorylase and dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase on nodal-negative colorectal cancer.
