- Abstract:
- Die vorliegende Arbeit beschreibt einen Tierversuch im Bereich des Adipose Tissue Engineerings. Dabei wurden Polyurethanscaffolds mit humanen mesenchymalen Stammzellen besiedelt und in 25 Nacktmäuse subkutan implantiert. Neben der Formstabilität der Scaffolds wurden die Auswirkungen eines Gefäßanschlusses, einer Induktion der Stammzellen und das Verhältnis zwischen implantierten und wirtseigenen Zellen nach einem Beobachtungszeitraum von 12 Wochen untersucht.

- This dissertation describes an animal experiment in the field of adipose tissue engineerings. Therefor scaffolds of polyurethane colonised with human mesenchymal stem cells were implanted subcutaneously into 25 nudemice. After 12 weeks of observation we analyzed the form stability of the scaffolds, the integration of a vascular pedicle, the effect of induction of the stem cells and the relation between implanted and host cells.
