Abstract:
Ziel war es, den Zusammenhang der Familienanamnese und der Risikogruppe anhand klinischer Parameter und biochemisch progressfreiem Überleben (BRFS) bei 8041 Patienten nach Prostatektomie zu untersuchen. Familiäre und hereditäre Patienten waren bei Diagnosestellung 1-2 Jahre jünger. Die Familienanamnese hatte keinen Einfluss auf die Tumorausbreitung und das BRFS. Es zeigte sich kein Zusammenhang von familiärem Status stratifiziert für die Risikogruppe für das BRFS (p=0.199).

We analysed the effect of family history and risk group on clinico-pathologic characteristics and biochemical recurrence-free survival (bRFS) in 8041 prostate cancer patients after radical prostatectomy. Patients with a positive family history are diagnosed 1-2 years earlier than sporadic patients. The family history had no influence on pathologic characteristics and bRFS rate. Stratification in subgroups by risk group showed no correlation with bRFS rate (p=0.199).
