- Der Entwicklung von Rezeptorthyrosinkinaseinhibitoren als weitere Therapiesäule in der Behandlung maligner hämatopoetischer Erkrankungen kommt große Bedeutung zu. AS703569 ist ein im Jahr 2005 entwickelter Panaurorkinaseinhibitor. In dieser Arbeit konnte die wachstumshemmende und apoptoseinduzierende Wirkung von AS703569 gegen murine und humane Zelllinien aufgezeigt werden, wobei FLT3-ITD- und c-KIT-exprimierende Zelllinien eine gesteigerte Sensitivität aufwiesen. - Translated abstract:
- The development of receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors play an important role in therapy of malignant hematopoietic diseases. AS703569 is a pan-aurora kinase inhibitor developed in 2005. In this work we could demonstrate the growth-inhibiting and apoptosis-inducing effect of AS703569 on murine and human cell lines, in which cell lines expressing FLT3-ITD- and c-KIT-Mutation are more sensitiv. The cytotoxic potential of the inhibitor could be transfered partially on primary cells.
