Die Arbeit beinhaltet Entwicklung und Test eines Modells zur Prognose der Bauwerkskosten in der frühen Phase der Planung im Hochbau. Eine bewertbar hohe Kostensicherheit durch projektindividuelle Kostenbewertung der Ausprägung charakteristischer Merkmale der Gewerke und zugleich eine erhebliche Reduktion des Aufwands durch Begrenzung infolge kausaler Zuschläge wurden erreicht. Eine Validierung des Modells bestätigt, dass die Abweichung der prognostizierten Kosten von den schlussgerechneten Kosten einen Toleranzrahmen von ± 10 %, mit einer Wahrscheinlichkeit von 95 %, nicht überschreitet.     «

The paper includes the development and test of a model to forecast the construction costs in the early planning phase of structural engineering. A measurably high cost certainty by a project-specific cost evaluation of the distinctness of characteristic features of the trades and at the same time a considerable reduction in time and in efforts by limitation as a consequence of surcharges.
