- Neben der Echokardiographie treten als nichtinvasive bildgebende Verfahren MRT und CT in der Diagnostik bei AHF immer mehr in den Vordergrund. Systematische Untersuchungen über CT-Diagnostik bei Patienten mit AHF existieren bislang nicht. Ziel der vorliegenden Studie war es, den Stellenwert der Multislice-CT-Diagnostik (MSCT) bei AHF, insbesondere bei Patienten im Erwachsenenalter (EMAH) aufzuzeigen.
